Important Guidelines

Please read carefully before submitting

Last date for submission of Technical Paper Presentation application & confirmation: 30 September 2026
PPTs for Technical Paper Presentation must not exceed 20 slides. Include pictures/graphics relevant to content.
Along with presentation PPT, send all supporting Documents/Proofs to validate claims made in the Presentation PPT for Jury’s verifications
Last date to submit the “Final Presentation PPT” along “Supporting Documents” is November 15, 2026
Presentation time: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A with the award jury.
Technical Paper Presentation competition date before the Jury: 15 December 2026 (Day 1)
Winners Announcement & ICR Awards Ceremony: 17 December 2026 (Day 3)
ICR Conference Dates: 16–17 December 2026 (Day 2 & Day 3)
Lunch is included for registered Presenter for all three days.
One delegate can present only one Technical Paper before the Jury on Dec 15, 2026.
Participation Certificate will be issued to all participants.

Technical Paper Presentation Prizes

1st Prize – Cash Prize of Rs 1 Lac for Best Technical Paper Presentation.
2nd Prize – Cash Prize of Rs 50,000 for Second Best Technical Paper Presentation.
3rd Prize – Cash Prize of Rs 25,000 for Third Best Technical Paper Presentation.
Plus TEN Consolation Prizes.
