Important Guidelines

Please read carefully before submitting

Last date for submission of award application & confirmation: 31 July 2026
Award presentation must not exceed 20 slides. Include pictures/graphics relevant to content.
Presentation time: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A with the award jury.
Award competition date before jury: 15 December 2026 (Day 1)
Shortlisted plants/companies will be notified by 15 October 2026.
Awards Ceremony: 17 December 2026 (Day 3)
Conference Dates: 16–17 December 2026 (Day 2 & Day 3)
Lunch is included for registered delegates for all three days (award presenters only under ₹25,000 fee).
One delegate can present only one award application before the jury.
Participation certificate will be issued to all participants.
Award selection criteria will be sent separately to confirmed participants.
